and pencil tests which together will provide valuable insight into
your abilities and the sort of learning and work setting that will
suit you best.
We
will provide you with a personal and detailed report describing
your abilities, preferred work style and a range of closely matching
job areas. As you are guided through your Morrisby Profile report

particular gifting then the Morrisby Profile is the ideal choice
for you.
Personality
Type Indicators
You are a unique individual and nobody can say other wise. However,
you will tend to have a preference in how you relate to the world
around you and other people. Have you ever wondered why talking
to strangers taxes your reserves but energises others, why your
desk is neat and tidy when somebody else's appears chaotic and messy,
why a sudden change of plan exasperates you but excites your colleague,
why some us like the detail and others paint the world with broad
brush strokes? It is because we all have our own personality preferences.
Try
signing your name with your preferred writing hand and then describing
the experience. You will probably use phrases such as 'feels natural',
'didn't have to think about it' or 'it was effortless and easy'.
You'll also notice how neat and eligible your handwriting appears.
However, if you now do the same but this time with your non-preferred
writing hand you'll experience contrasting feelings. Signing your
name now no doubt feels unnatural and you have had to concentrate
when doing it. Your letters may look awkward, clumsy and appear
childlike. The words you use to describe the preference for one
hand over the other will also apply to your personality.
In
everyday life you will behave in a manner that reflects your personality
preference and allows you to be at your best. Gaining an understanding
of yourself brings its own rewards in recognising your strengths,
determining career choice, communicating better with others, appreciating
how and why others are different, improving your performance in
the work place, reducing your stress levels and in motivating yourself
to get more out of life.
