There are many instances in the workplace when for one reason or another people need to undertake roles and responsibilities with which they are not familiar. They have in effect a learning need. It is important to identify when people need help to do their job better, faster or differently. A learning needs analysis is therefore a vital precursor to all training. In recognition of this approach we are pleased to offer this service as a free consultation to make sure that the design, delivery and evaluation stages of our training are focused and refined.
